By using PromptSpire, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

PromptSpire provides AI-powered adaptive interviews to generate tailored prompts. We offer free and paid plans with varying credit limits.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One account per person. You must provide a valid email address.

4. Credits and Billing

Credits are non-refundable and may expire as specified in your plan. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use PromptSpire for unlawful purposes, spam generation, or to create harmful content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

Prompts you generate are yours. Templates provided by PromptSpire are licensed for use within the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

PromptSpire is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
